Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free, 7-day shipping for all orders from the USA. If you'd like to receive the product more quickly, we offer 2-day shipping for a fee of $8.00 per order. For orders from other countries, please notice the reminder of the delivery time when you choose shipping options.
Can I return the product if it doesn’t meet my expectation?
For orders from the USA, you may return products within 100 days of your receipt of the shipment for a full refund. For orders from other countries, currently no-hassle returns are not supported. But if you receive a defective product, just contact us to get a replacement.
How do I return the product to you?
